Josh Bossie
Developer of Village Monsters
Game Development is a tough field.
As much fun as video games can be, they are a massive undertaking to create.
Even a small scale game can take years to complete, especially when you are first starting out.
There have been a ton of advancements to make the process easier to get into, but as we all find out at some point…it takes a lot more than coming up with a great concept, programming in some basic movements and adding a couple of dialogue boxes.
No, game development is a much greater undertaking than that.
Too Many Hats…
As a game developer, you’ve got way too many hats on.
You’ve got to write the story.
You’ve got to program the games functions like movement, combat, all the interactions, etc.
You’ve got to fix the bugs.
You’ve got to keep the scope of the project in check so it doesn’t balloon into an impossible monster.
You’ve got to fix more bugs.
And then, after thousands of hours of work, you’ve got to market your game.
And grabbing peoples attention these days is an artform in and of itself…
…
…wait what? I already fixed that bug?! WHY IS IT HAPPENING AGAIN?!?!
You and I both know, this is just scratching the surface.
And I didn’t even mention the MASSIVE amount of assets you’ll need…and if you’re considering making them all yourself?
Hoo-boy.
Flying Solo
And to top it all off, this career path can be very…
…lonely.
We toil away at our computers for hours upon hours, fine tuning the smallest details.
Details most people won’t notice, but we’ll know they are there…and we can’t let that happen!
Trust me. I understand. I really do!
As a composer, I face many of the same struggles you do.
I had a vision for what I wanted to create, but it takes an immense amount of work to get there.
I’ve spent thousands upon thousands of hours honing my craft.
My work is extremely fulfilling, but it involves many hours toiling away by myself.
And yes, I have bug fixes I have to face too! (“Why does it sound so weird?! It was fine a second ago…what is happening?!”)
We Do This 'Cause We Love It!
Let me tell ya something…
A couple of years ago, I decided my goal was to make YOUR life easier by doing what I know best.
And what I know is how to write great music for video games.
I’m Bert, and I’ve been writing music for about 20 years, with the last 10 or so being primarily focused on video games.
I’ve worked directly with dozens of developers, and my royalty free music can be heard in hundreds of games.
So why is this my goal? Why do I want to help developers like yourself so bad?
It’s because video games have pulled me through some of the darkest times of my life.
It was the stories that got me through.
And what was it that elevated the stories to the next level?
You guessed it. It was the music.
I want to work with you, to do the same thing for the next generation.
I strive to write music that elevates games. I want my music to invoke emotion in players, get stuck in their head, and make them think about YOUR game years after they play it.
I want to help you create a new generation of nostalgia.
Professional Quality
After working with dozens of indie game developers, I know one of the biggest issues they face is a tight budget.
So while I compose custom music for games, my goal is also to help as many aspiring developers as I can by providing them high quality AAA level music for a more than affordable price!
Which is why I created the Ultimate Game Music Asset Pack.
THE ULTIMATE GAME MUSIC ASSET PACK
Ultimate Game Music Asset Pack is exactly what it sounds like. It is one of the worlds largest high-quality original music packs, developed for royalty free use in video games. Featuring over 200 Tracks across 15 Genres, the music in this pack can be heard in HUNDREDS of games!
FREE UPDATES…FOR LIFE
Now we’re talking! Once you purchase the Ultimate Game Music Asset Pack, you will receive free updates forever! I’m constantly writing new tracks for this pack (every week in fact), and I release periodic updates several times per year. If you’d like to receive notifications immediately when these free updates launch, get notified by adding your name here!
IS THIS THE RIGHT MUSIC PACK FOR ME?
While I try to offer options for every game genre, I know that this bundle may not be right for every game developer. So, the Ultimate Game Music Asset Pack specializes in these 6 Styles: RPG/JRPG, Fantasy, Adventure, Action, 8-bit and 16-bit.
If your game falls into one of (or multiple) of these categories, your game WILL SHINE with these high quality tracks. If licensed individually, the retail value for this bundle would be $4000+. Bundled together, you can enjoy this huge collection for less than 5% of that cost!
AN INSANE AMOUNT OF MUSIC
The ULTIMATE Game Music Asset Pack features ALL the music from ALL of my existing asset packs, plus over 100 more! This massive bundle contains multiple hours worth of loops, and is categorized into 15 Genre folders for easy navigation:
Pretty epic right?

FAQ
-
Q: How many songs come in the bundle?
-
A: Right now it’s sitting at 202 songs, but there will be updates!
-
Q: When will the updates be?
-
A: I’ll be releasing my first update in January 2023. Updates will be quarterly.
-
Q: Do the songs loop?
-
A: Yes! Well, most of them do. There’s currently only 4 that don’t. They are meant more for trailers or opening cinematics.
-
Q: Can I use these in commercial projects?
-
A: Yeah absolutely! Commercial, personal, games, videos, podcasts…whatever creation you think they work with!
-
Q: Should I get this or one of your other music packs?
-
A: This pack includes all the music from my other packs PLUS over 100 more songs. It is by far my most valuable pack to date.
-
Q: Will this pack work for [INSERT GENRE HERE]?
-
A: As much as I would like this pack to be perfect for everyone, I know for some it won’t be a match. Currently this pack works best for retro games, with 2-D graphics (8-bit, 16-bit etc). More specifically RPGs, action/adventure games, and side scrollers.
There are plans in the works to add in more genres, such as horror to the mix.
If there is a genre you’d like to see in this pack in the future, let me know!
-
Q: What if I don’t like the music?
-
A: Well first off, ouch. But second off I understand, music is subjective. If you aren’t satisfied with the music in this pack, just let me know within 30 days of purchasing and I’ll refund your money. No questions asked, no hard feelings.
If licensed individually, the normal retail value of this bundle would be over $4000.
But…
To help out developers on a tight budget, I’ll be offering this pack
for LESS THAN 3% OF THAT COST!
That’s over $4000 in savings!!!
And with a 30 day money back guarantee…what do you have to lose?
